We suggest you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first treatment to allow yourself
time to check-in, change and familiarize yourself with the spa. Come early, stay
late, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, coffee, wine and
refreshments that are available in our relaxation area. Arriving late will limit the
time of your spa treatment, therefore lessening your pleasure. If you are unable
to find a park downstairs, please call (205) 319-4445 and we will make
arrangements by helping you to locate a parking spot.
We ask that you refrain from using your cell phone during your time with us.
Though we love children, our goal is to provide a quiet, soothing, healing
environment for all clients, so we ask that child-care be arranged prior to your visit.
We appreciate at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation should you be unable
to keep your spa appointment. We do charge for appointments not kept.
Methods of Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash.
Payment is requested at the time of service.
All products are nonrefundable unless defective.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
In appreciation of exceptional spa services, gratuities are welcomed.
It is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary
tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion. You
may tip the therapist in the room or upon check out at the front desk
with cash, check or credit card. With parties of 3 or more a 20%
gratuity will be added to the final bill.
*Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to
aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
For parties of three or more, please contact our spa coordinator for group booking policies and availability. A completed
contract and deposit are required to secure your appointment and
arranged pricing. A 20% gratuity will be added to all spa parties.

Gift Certificate Polices
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased
at the spa, our website (NovaEssenceMediSpa.com), by phone at (205) 319-4445 or you may click on the
CONTACT US BUTTON. We can mail your gift certificate to you if requested.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any
payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen.
Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be
mentioned when making your appointment.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Nova Essence Medispa
is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
