Relaxes and Helps Loosen tense muscles using a variety of techniques depending on your specific needs.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massages recommended for chronic pain, misalignment of the body. Though similar to Swedish massage, the strokes are slower and the focus is on the deeper musculature.
Mother to be Massage
During pregnancy, a woman’s body undergoes tremendous changes. Pregnancy massage will help minimize stress and promote relaxation. Also, massage helps to relieve low back pain, swelling of hands & feet, headaches, calf cramps, sciatic pain, etc. Recommended at all stages of pregnancy, especially during the second and third trimester.
Sport/Athletic Massage
Sports Massage typically focuses on direct problem areas related to an individual’s sport and not the entire body. The Swedish massage techniques such as deep tissue stripping and stretching are directed towards four categories of sport and include:
• Pre event massage which is directed at the body parts involved with the sport.
• Post event massage which is generally given shortly after the sport in order to help balance the body and restore the muscles and fascia.
• Restorative massage which is the massage received during training.
• Rehabilitative massage which is used to restore injuries

Lymphatic- Drainage of the Lymph
A gentle massage that naturally helps the drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissue back toward the heart. Uses a specific amount of pressure and rhythmic circular movements to stimulate lymph flow.
