Payment for Treatment

Payment is due at the time of service. We DO NOT accept insurance of any kind. Payment may be made by cash, check (with valid ID), Gift Card or major credit card.

Cell Phones

Spa treatments and services are intended to be a soothing & relaxing experience. Please silence your cell phone before entering the Spa and restrict calls to the outside.

Gratuities

A pleasant and satisfying Spa experience is our main objective. Gratuities in the form of cash or check are graciously accepted.

Children Policy

For their own safety, children under 16 are not allowed in the Spa or Spa waiting area.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and changes to appointments are accepted up to 24 hrs in advance. A 100% charge of the service scheduled will be incurred for late notification or missed appointments.
