What is the “Loyalty/Rewards” Program”?

The Loyalty Program is a rewards program for our loyal customers. As a member, you receive a minimum of one point for every dollar spent on eligible services/products or client referrals. You will receive $25 in loyalty credit for every 1000 points earned. You may use or accumulate your loyalty points to use for any eligible services or products. Loyalty points do not expire.

How do I get started?

Membership is free and you are automatically enrolled when you become a client.

How do I accumulate points?

Points are only awarded when eligible transactions are rung up through the register. Below is a list of ways points can be accumulated and their assigned value:

  • 100 points for referring a new client to Nova Essence Medispa

  • 100 points for pre-booking your next appointment during your current visit

  • 100 points for booking an appointment online via Online Booking

  • 100 points for liking us on Facebook.

  • 1 point for every dollar spent on retail purchases

  • 100 points for liking us on Facebook.

Your points can be used toward many services, including but not limited to, the following*:

  • Massage

  • Facial treatments

  • Skin Care Products & Tools

  • Hair care treatments

  • Make up application, etc.

*Hairfinity products are excluded.

Are there any restrictions?

  • Loyalty points can only be used in 1000 point increments.
  • Loyalty points cannot be used on day accumulated toward that purchase.
  • Loyalty points are non-transferable.
  • Valid for one time use only.
  • May not be applied toward the purchase of gift cards.
  • May not be used to purchase discounted products/services.
  • When redeeming the loyalty points – a minimum purchase of $25 is required.
  • No cash value
  • Not valid on previous purchases
  • Points are earned when eligible services/products are purchased
  • In the event of a return, the points refunded will be reapplied to your Loyalty Program account.
  • Nova Essence Medispa may, at its discretion, terminate or change the Loyalty Program at any time.
