Cancellation Policies and Fees
Your spa treatments at Nova Essence Medispa are reserved especially for you, our special guest! We ask that appointments be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least a 24 hours notice. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of 3 or more.
When you cancel on such short notice, we may not be able to fill that spot and therefore lose business. Also, it is not fair to our staff who may be on an “on call” basis and have traveled quite a ways to the spa specifically to service you. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our hard working staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue we have received. Just think, if you booked a room in a hotel and didn’t show up, wouldn’t the hotel still charge your card? You reserved that appointment time for your “5 star“ spa experience and another client could have been served. Therefore, we are obligated to charge 100% of the treatment scheduled. When you schedule your appointment with us you are agreeing with these policies. Thanks for understanding!
